What commission do you charge your artists for selling on your site?

We take a 10% commission from artists that sell on site. We also will take a booking fee of AED 250 for any artist bookings made via the site. We do this to ensure that the site can run and cover any costs incurred from selling the products. Our aim is to provide artists a low-cost way to sell their products. This commission is included in the price.

Can I do a payment plan

If there is a piece of work that you are totally in love with, but you just don’t have the funds right now, get in touch with us at hello@thesassycrayon.com and we can discuss payment terms. Please note that the work will not be provided to you until the payment has been completed in full and we will hold a reservation fee for any works reserved on payment plan should you choose not to proceed.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, there is worldwide shipping for most international destinations. If you do not find your destination at the checkout, please drop us an email, and we will see what we can do for you.

If I order more than one print, can they be packaged together to save on shipping?

As long as they are in the same order, they will ship together. If you place more than one order, we can’t guarantee they will ship together. A request would need to be emailed to put the orders together. When you buy more than one item from the Sassy Crayon, any additional open edition prints and merchandise purchased from our shop will have reduced shipping!

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If you want a rush order, please send an email. 

How long does shipping take?

Orders take 3-5 business days to create.

Shipping within the UAE takes anywhere from 1-6 business days.

Shipping internationally can take anywhere from 7-16 business days.

Please note that we aim to get our orders to you as quickly as possible. Your product will likely reach you much quicker than the above time. As each product is individually created to order, please allow us time to ensure the quality is excellent.

You will be notified once your order has been shipped and made aware of any delays in advance.

Can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you after your order has been shipped.
