Shipping and Returns

 

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, there is worldwide shipping for most international destinations. If you do not find your destination at the checkout, please drop me an email, and I will see what we can do for you.

 

If I order more than one print, can they be packaged together to save on shipping?

As long as they are in the same order, open edition prints and merchandise will ship together.

 

If you place more than one order, I can’t guarantee they will ship together.

As fine art and limited edition prints are hand created,  these will be shipped separately to open edition prints and merchandise.

 

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If you want a speedier delivery service please drop me a line before purchasing.

 

How long does shipping take?

Orders take 3-5 business days to create.

Shipping within the UAE takes anywhere from 1-6 business days for fine art and special edition prints. For open edition prints and merchandise it can take 10 – 15 working days.

Shipping internationally can take anywhere from 7-20 business days for fine art and special edition prints.

For open edition prints and merchandise it will take up to 5 working days.

Please note that I aim to get our orders to you as quickly as possible. Your product will likely reach you much quicker than the times mentioned  above. As each product is individually created to order, please allow me time to ensure your order is perfect.

You will be notified once your order has been shipped and made aware of any delays in advance.

 

Can I track my order?

I will email you a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

 

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for any products or paintings. If you have any issues with damaged items, please contact us via email at hello@thesassycrayon.com to find a solution together. Please note we will require photo proof that the item arrived damaged.

 

What happens if an item is lost in shipping?

Our international shipping providers are professional and reliable, but things can happen beyond anyone’s control. We are no longer liable for items once they leave the United Arab Emirates, nor are we responsible for any duties or fees you may incur. However, should you have any issues please contact our team via email.
